Claims (6)
- 배터리 관리 장치에 있어서,전원 온시에 충전하고, 상기 전원 오프시에 방전하는 커패시터;상기 커패시터에 충전된 전압을 방전시키는 방전회로;상기 커패시터의 충전을 위해 상기 커패시터와 소정 전원을 연결 또는 해제하는 제1스위칭부;상기 커패시터와 상기 방전회로간을 연결 또는 해제하는 제2스위칭부;상기 커패시터에 충전된 전압을 센싱하는 전압 센싱부;상기 센싱된 전압에 따라 전원오프 지속시간을 산출하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 커패시터에 충전된 전압이 상기 소정 전원으로 유입되지 않도록 차단하는 다이오드를 더 구비함을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리 장치.
- 배터리 관리 장치에 있어서,전원 온시에 충전하고, 전원 오프시에 방전되는 충전회로를 포함하는 전원오프 지속시간 검출부;상기 전원 온시에 상기 충전회로에 충전된 전압에 따라 전원오프 지속시간 을 산출하고, 상기 전원오프 지속시간이 소정시간 미만이면 전지팩의 안정화 특성을 나타내는 특성곡선을 통해 개방전압을 예측하고, 상기 예측된 개방전압을 기준으로 전지의 잔여용량을 산출하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전원오프 지속시간 검출부는;전원 온시에 충전하고, 상기 전원 오프시에 방전하는 커패시터;상기 커패시터에 충전된 전압을 방전시키는 방전회로;상기 커패시터의 충전을 위해 상기 커패시터와 소정 전원을 연결 또는 해제하는 제1스위칭부;상기 커패시터와 상기 방전회로간을 연결 또는 해제하는 제2스위칭부;상기 커패시터에 충전된 전압을 센싱하여 상기 제어부에 제공하는 전압 센싱부로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리 장치.
- 배터리 관리 방법에 있어서,전원 온 동안 충전되는 충전소자의 충전전압을 전원 오프시에 측정하여 저장함과 아울러 상기 충전소자를 방전하는 단계;전원 온시에 상기 충전소자의 충전전압을 측정하고, 상기 측정된 충전전압과 상기 저장된 충전전압의 차이에 따른 전원오프 지속시간을 산출하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 전원오프 지속시간이 소정시간 미만인지를 체크하는 단계;상기 전원오프 지속시간이 소정시간 이상이면 전원 온시의 전지팩의 개방전압에 따라 상기 전지팩의 잔여용량을 검출하고,상기 전원오프 지속시간이 소정시간 미만이면 전지팩의 안정화 특성을 나타내는 특성곡선을 통해 개방전압을 예측하고, 상기 예측된 개방전압을 기준으로 전지팩의 잔여용량을 산출하는 단계를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리 방법.
