Description
상기 다단 원심 싸이크론 분리기(12)와 기존 생물학적 처리조(9) 사이에 연설된 공기 배관(8)에는 집진기(13)를 추가로 연설하여 미세 이물질과 먼지 등을 걸러 사용 할 수도 있다.
Claims (5)
- 하·폐수처리장의 수처리공정에 있어, 다량의 고온 공기를 공급하는 송풍기(1); 상기 송풍기(1)의 후단에서 공기배관(8)이 연설된 탈수 슬러지 케이크가 공급되는 호퍼(11); 상기 호퍼(11)의 후단에서 공기배관(8)이 연설된 다단 원심 싸이크론 분리기(12); 상기 분리기(12)는 다단으로 구성된 원심 싸이크론 분리기(12)로서 공기배관(8)은 상기 호퍼(11)의 후단에서 상기 분리기(12) 첫 단의 상부측으로 연설되고, 첫 단의 하부에서 다음 단의 상부측으로 공기배관(8)이 연설되어지는 순서로 마지막 단 전까지 연설되고, 상기 호퍼(11)에서 상기 분리기(12)로의 연설된 공기배관(8) 내에서는 송풍기(1)에서 공급된 다량의 고온 공기는 슬러지 케이크와 이송하면서 슬러지 케이크를 미립화 시키고, 비표면적을 증대시키는데, 이 슬러지 케이크는 각 단 내로 이송되면서 싸이크론으로 인해 슬러지 마찰 면적의 증대도 기대되어 슬러지 케이크의 건조가 이루어지며, 전 단의 하부에서 상부측으로 공기배관(8)으로 연설된 마지막 단 분리기 내에서는 비중이 높은 건조 슬러지와 고형물은 하부의 배출기 나가게 되고, 비중이 낮고 각 단의 분리기를 거치면서 온도가 낮아진 공기는 상부로 이송되어 상부에서 연설되어진 공기배관(8)을 통해 기존 생물학적 처리조(9)로 공기가 이송될 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러지 건조공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 송풍기(1) 후단과 탈수 슬러지가 공급되는 호퍼(11) 사이에 연설된 공기배관에 보조열원 장치(히터)(10)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러지 건조공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다단 원심 싸이크론 분리기(12)와 기존 생물학적 처리조(9)사이에 연설된 공기배관에 집진기(14)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러지 건조공정.
