Claims (7)
- 주성분이 되는 원료수지가 전체의 50-70 중량%;전체의 10-30중량%의 폴리아미드 변성 수지;전체의 1-15중량%의 융점이 105-140℃ 범위의 변성 폴리에틸렌;전체의 0.05 내지 0.5 중량%의 인계 산화방지제;전체의 0.01 내지 3중량%을 갖고, 금속 비누계 화합물들로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 단독 또는 복수 개의 금속 비누계 화합물; 및잔부 안료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 색상을 띤 고분자 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 원료수지는 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌(ABS)수지, 아크릴로니트릴-스티렌(SAN)수지, 폴리스티렌 수지, 고무변성 폴리스티렌 수지, 폴리카보네이트와 ABS 블렌드(PC/ABS Blend) 수지, 폴리카보네이트수지, 폴리에틸렌 수지, 폴리프로필렌 수지, 폴리염화비닐 수지, 폴리염화비닐리덴 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리아미드 수지, 폴리아세탈 수지, 폴리비닐 알콜 수지, EVA수지, 아크릴수지 및 불소수지로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 수지로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 색상을 띤 고분자 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원료수지에 대하여 10-30중량%의 Polyether block Amides 계열의 영구대전 수지를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 색상을 띤 고분자 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 수지 조성물은 염료, 카본블랙, 카본 마스터 배치 또는 안료를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 색상을 띤 고분자 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 원료수지로 이루어진 시트형태의 중간층; 및상기 중간층의 양측면에 부착되고, 상기 고분자 수지 조성물로 이루어진 표면층을 포함하고,상기 표면층은 상기 표면층과 상기 중간층을 포함한 복합시트 전체 두께의 5~50중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 색상을 띤 고분자 수지 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 복합시트의 저항값은 E9 내지 E11Ω/㎠인 것을 특징으로 하는 색상을 띤 고분자 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 수지 조성물은 반도체소자 운반용 트레이, 플렉시블 인쇄기판용 절연재료 또는 반도체소자의 제조운반에 사용되는 테이프에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 수지 조성물.
