- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 물질이 산화붕소, 산화비스무트, 산화갈륨, 알칼리 금속의 산화물, 알칼리 토금속의 산화물, 아족 원소(sub-group elements)의 산화물 및 희토류 금속의 산화물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 산화물을, 촉매 물질의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 40중량% 이하의 농도로 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 탄화수소의 자기발열 접촉 증기 개질법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 물질이 로듐을, 촉매 물질의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 0.1 내지 2중량%의 농도로 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 탄화수소의 자기발열 접촉 증기 개질법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 촉매 물질이, 로듐 대 백금의 중량비가 20:1 내지 2:1로 되도록 백금을 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 탄화수소의 자기발열 접촉 증기 개질법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 활성 산화알루미늄이 로듐용 또는 로듐과 백금용 지지체 재료로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는, 탄화수소의 자기발열 접촉 증기 개질법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 촉매 물질이 산화세륨을 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 탄화수소의 자기발열 접촉 증기 개질법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 세라믹 또는 금속으로 만든 일체식 벌집 구조물, 세라믹 또는 금속성 연속 기포 구조물, 금속 시트 재료 또는 불규칙한 형상의 부재가 촉매 피복물용 지지체 구조물로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는, 탄화수소의 자기발열 접촉 증기 개질법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소, 또는 휘발유 또는 디젤유를 포함하는 탄화수소 혼합물이 탄화수소로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는, 탄화수소의 자기발열 접촉 증기 개질법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물의 공기 지수(air index) λ와 이의 예비가열 온도가, 촉매의 출구에서의 온도가 600 내지 900℃로 되도록 선택됨을 특징으로 하는, 탄화수소의 자기발열 접촉 증기 개질법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물에서 증기/탄소비[S/C 비(Steam to Carbon ratio)]가 0.7 내지 4로 설정됨을 특징으로 하는, 탄화수소의 자기발열 접촉 증기 개질법.
