Claims (6)
- 각 원료의 평균입경이 1.2㎜ 이하가 되도록 선별한 시멘트 20-40%, 석고 20-40%, 규사 10-30%, 질석 5-10%, 점토 10-35%, 백토 10-35%를 상기의 비율(부피 비율)대로 믹서에 투입하여 교반하되, 상기 믹서에 투입된 각 원료의 무게 총량이 가수(加水) 후에 3-8% 증가하도록 수분을 가하면서 교반하는 혼합물 준비단계 :상기 혼합물 준비단계에서 마련된 혼합물을 내부온도가 10-35℃로 유지되는 숙성실에 적치하여 2-3시간 숙성함으로써 상기 혼합물이 성형하기에 적합한 점성을 갖도록 하는 숙성단계 :상기 숙성단계에서 점성이 증가한 혼합물을 200-400㎏/㎠의 토출압으로 작동하는 프레스성형기에 공급하여 소지(素地)로 성형하는 성형단계 :상기 성형단계에서 제조된 소지의 상·하면에 수분을 공급하되, 가수 후의 소지(素地) 무게가 가수(加水) 전보다 15-30% 증가하도록 조절하는 가수단계 ; 및상기 가수단계에서 무게 증가의 형태로 수분율이 조절된 소지를 양생실로 운반하여 양생하는 양생단계 :를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 건축 내·외장용 무기질 벽면재의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 양생단계 이후에,소지의 표면에 유약을 도포하는 시유( 施釉 )단계 가 추가로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축 내·외장용 무기질 벽면재의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 혼합물 준비단계에서,색상부여를 위한 안료가 혼합물의 전체 부피에 대해 0.3-0.8%의 비율로 추가 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축 내·외장용 무기질 벽면재의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 혼합물 준비단계에서,원적외선과 음이온을 방출할 수 있는 기능성 물질이 혼합물의 전체 부피에 대해 5-20%의 비율로 추가 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축 내·외장용 무기질 벽면재의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가수단계에서 공급되는 수분의 온도는 50-70℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 건축 내·외장용 무기질 벽면재의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 양생단계는내부온도가 40-70℃로 유지되는 양생실 내에 9-15시간 동안 소지를 적치해 두는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축 내·외장용 무기질 벽면재의 제조방법.
