Claims (3)
- 내식성, 표면외관 및 반응성을 만족하는 몰리포스페이트 용액에 있어서,몰리브데니움 이온물질이 17~25g/l, 인산이온물질이 15~55 g/l, 질산이온물질이 8~50g/l, 규불화수소농도가 2~8g/l, 3메칠5피로졸린이 1~25g/l 및 알루미늄이온물질이 4~45g/l로 조성하여 알루미늄몰리포스페이트피막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기아연 도금강판의 피막 처리용액.
- 몰리브데니움 이온물질이 17~25g/l, 인산이온물질이 15~55 g/l, 질산이온물질이 8~50g/l, 규불화수소농도가 2~8g/l, 3메칠5피로졸린이 1~25g/l 및 알루미늄이온물질이 4~45g/l로 조성하고, 용액의 온도를 40~80℃로 유지한후, 이 용액에 아연 도금강판을 침지하여 알루미늄몰리포스페이트피막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기아연 도금강판의 피막 형성방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 전기아연 도금강판의 피막위에 내지문성 및 윤활성을 확보할 수 있도록 통상의 유기수지를 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기아연 도금강판의 피막 형성방법.
