Claims (5)
- 필름 형성제로서 수용성 에폭시 에멀젼 1.20 ~ 4.50 중량%, 섬유 유연제로서 수용성 비이온 아미드 계열의 지방산 에멀젼 0.10 ~ 0.50 중량%, 대전방지제로서 양이온성 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 아민 축합물의 유화물 0.10 ~ 0.50 중량%, 커플링제로서 γ-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란 0.10 ~ 0.50 중량%, 평활 및 윤활제로서 하이드로 글리콜 양이온성 윤활제 0.20 ~ 0.40 중량% 및 나머지는 물로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 현무암 섬유 로빙용 호제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경화제로서 과산화물 중 선택된 하나가 0.20 중량% 이하로 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 현무암 섬유 로빙용 호제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 에폭시 에멀젼은 점도가 550 ~ 650 cP이고, 분자량이 350,000 ~ 400,000이며, 폐하(PH)가 8.2 ~ 8.6이고, 고형분의 함량이 55 ~ 65 중량%인 것을 특징으로 현무암 섬유 로빙용 호제 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 섬유 유연제로서 포함되는 상기 수용성 비이온 아미드계열의 지방산 에멀젼은 분자량이 900 ~ 1100이고, 폐하가 6.0 ~ 6.4인 것을 특징으로 하는 현무암 섬유 로빙용 호제 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 대전 방지제로서 포함되는 상기 양이온성 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 아민 축합물의 유화물은 분자량이 3000 ~ 4000이고, 폐하가 4 ~ 6인 것을 특징으로 하는 현무암 섬유 로빙용 호제 조성물.
