Claims (5)
- 이탈기(L)를 지닌 니트로벤젠 유도체(Ⅲ)와 2-(5-에틸-피리딘-2-일)-에탄올(Ⅳ)을 염기 존재하에 짝지음 반응에 의해 화학식(Ⅴ)의 5-에틸-2-[2-(4-니트로페녹시)-에틸]-피리딘 화합물을 얻은 다음, 이 화학식(Ⅴ) 화합물을 환원 반응시켜 화학식(Ⅵ)의 4-[2-(5-에틸-피리딘-2-일)-에톡시]-페닐아민을 제조하는 단계를 포함하며,이탈기(L)는 메탄설포닐옥시기 또는 p-톨루엔 설포닐옥시기인 것을 특징으로 하는 화학식(Ⅰ)의 염산 5-{4-[2-(5-에틸-피리딘-2-일)-에톡시]-벤질}-티아졸리딘-2,4-디온(염산 피오글리타존)의 제조방법.[화학식 3][화학식 4][화학식 5][화학식 6][화학식 1]
- 제1항에 있어서,화학식(Ⅵ)의 4-[2-(5-에틸-피리딘-2-일)-에톡시]-페닐아민을 Meerwein 축합 반응을 시킨 후 티오우레아와의 고리화 반응을 시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 화학식 (Ⅰ)의 염산 5-{4-[2-(5-에틸-피리딘-2-일)-에톡시]-벤질}-티아졸리딘-2,4-디온 (염산 피오글리타존)의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 짝지음 반응에 사용되는 염기는 수소화 나트륨 또는 수산화나트륨이고, 짝지음 반응에 사용되는 용매는 디메틸포름아미드, 데트라히드로퓨란 또는 아세톤 임을 특징으로 하는 화학식 (Ⅰ)의 염산 5-{4-[2-(5-에틸-피리딘-2-일)-에톡시]-벤질}-티아졸리딘-2,4-디온 (염산 피오글리타존)의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화합물 (Ⅴ)의 환원 반응에 사용되는 환원제가 아연 분말 또는 염화 암모늄 임을 특징으로 하는 화학식 (Ⅰ)의 염산 5-{4-[2-(5-에틸-피리딘-2-일)-에톡시]-벤질}-티아졸리딘-2,4-디온 (염산 피오글리타존)의 제조방법.
