Description
Claims (17)
- 사출성형재료를 성형재료공급부로부터 몰드 내로 반송하기 위한 기계가공된 매니폴드 조립체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,종축을 가진 바아를 제공하는 단계; 및상기 바아의 종축을 따라 연장하는 중앙유동통로, 상기 중앙유동통로에 횡단하고 상기 중앙유동통로와 유체 연통하는 복수의 분기통로들, 및 둥근 단면 형상을 가진 외부면을 형성하도록 상기 바아를 기계가공하는 단계;를 포함하는 기계가공된 매니폴드 조립체 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기계가공 단계는 상기 외부면으로부터 외향 연장하는 복수의 패드들을 갖는 외부면을 한정하도록 상기 바아를 둥글게 하는 단계 및 상기 패드들 중 대응하는 것들을 통해서 상기 분기통로들을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 기계가공된 매니폴드 조립체 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기계가공 단계는 상기 바아를 둥글게 하는 단계에 앞서 상기 바아가 직사각형 단면을 가질 때까지 상기 바아를 기계가공하는 단계를 포함하는 기계가공된 매니폴드 조립체 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 바아를 둥글게 하는 단계는 상기 바아의 제1측면을 둥글게 하는 단계, 상기 바아를 상기 종축 둘레로 회전시키는 단계, 및 상기 바아의 제2측면을 둥글게 하는 단계를 포함하는 기계가공된 매니폴드 조립체 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 패드는 탕구 패드 및 복수의 노즐 패드들을 포함하고, 상기 탕구 패드는 상기 노즐 패드들보다 멀리 상기 외부면으로부터 외향 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계가공된 매니폴드 조립체 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제공 단계는 둥근 바아 스톡 및 직사각형 바아 스톡을 포함하는 그룹으로부터 바아를 선택하는 단계를 포함하는 기계가공된 매니폴드 조립체 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중앙유동통로는 단면 형상이 둥근 것을 특징으로 하는 기계가공된 매니폴드 조립체 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중앙유동통로는 상기 바아 내에 중심 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계가공된 매니폴드 조립체 제조 방법.
