Claims (5)
- 기판 상에 서로 이격된 사각형상의 영역을 다수개 정의하는 단계와;상기 사각 형상의 이격된 사이로 블랙매트릭스를 형성하는 단계와;상기 블랙매트릭스가 형성된 기판의 각 사각형상의 영역에 적색 컬러필터와 녹색 컬러필터와 청색 컬러필터를 형성하는 단계와;상기 다수의 컬러필터가 형성된 기판의 전면에 감광성 유기물질을 도포하여 유기막층을 형성하는 단계와;상기 유기막층의 상부에 슬릿의 조밀도를 달리하는 제 1 영역과 제 2 영역으로 구성된 마스크를 위치시키고 빛을 조사하여 상기 유기막층을 노광하는 단계와;상기 노광된 유기막층을 현상하여, 상기 마스크의 제 1 영역에 대응한 위치에 스페이서를 형성하고, 동시에 상기 마스크의 제 2 영역에 대응한 위치에 상기 스페이서의 높이보다 낮은 높이를 가지는 평탄화층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 액정표시장치용 컬러필터 기판 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 마스크의 제 1 영역의 슬릿의 조밀도가 상기 제 2 영역의 슬릿의 조밀도보다 큰 것이 특징인 액정표시장치용 컬러필터 기판 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유기막층은 포지티브형(positive type) 감광성 물질 또는 네가티브형(negative type) 감광성 물질로 형성된 액정표시장치용 컬러필터 기판 제조방법.
- 기판 상기 게이트 전극과 게이트 배선을 형성하는 단계와;상기 게이트 전극과 게이트 배선이 형성된 기판의 전면에 게이트 절연막을 형성하는 단계와;상기 게이트 절연막 상에 액티브층과 오믹콘택층을 형성하는 단계와;상기 오믹 콘택층과 접촉하는 소스전극과 드레인 전극과, 소스전극과 연결된 데이터 배선을 형성하는 단계와;상기 소스 및 드레인 전극과 데이터 배선이 형성된 기판의 전면에 감광성 유기물질을 도포하여 유기막층을 형성하는 단계와;상기 유기막층의 상부에 차단부와 투과부와 슬릿부로 구성된 마스크를 위치시키고 빛을 조사하여 유기막층을 노광하는 단계와;상기 노광된 유기막층을 현상하여, 상기 마스크의 투과부에 대응하는 영역에는 드레인 전극을 노출하는 드레인 콘택홀과, 상기 마스크의 차단부에 대응하는 영역에는 스페이서와, 상기 마스크의 슬릿부에 대응하는 영역에는 상기 스페이서 보다 낮은 높이로 보호막을 형성하는 단계와;상기 노출된 드레인 전극과 접촉하는 투명한 화소전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 액정표시장치용 어레이기판의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 유기막층은 포지티브형(positive type) 감광성 물질 또는 네가티브형입(negative type) 감광성 물질로 형성된 액정표시장치용 어레이기판의 제조방법.
