Claims (2)
- 평판형 강철기재의 마찰측 표면상에 다수의 평판형 세그먼트 소결재를 수평 방향으로 적층하여 소결층을 형성하되, 각 평판형 세그먼트 소결재가 서로 접촉하는 접합면은 경사지게 형성하여 접합면적을 극대화한 것을 특징으로 하는 경사 접합면이 형성된 세그먼트 소결재를 이용한 평판형 미끄럼베어링.
- 평판형 강철기재 표면에 전체 소결층의 일부를 구성하는 평판형 세그먼트 소결재를 서로 접촉하도록 배치한 후, 소결로 내에서 펀처로 가압하면서 소결하여 각 세그먼트 소결재간 및 세그먼트 소결재와 강철기재 간을 접합함에 있어서,상기 각 평판형 세그먼트 소결재는 서로 접촉하는 접합면을 경사지게 형성하여 상기 펀처에 의한 가압력이 경사진 접합면에 작용하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 경사 접합면이 형성된 세그먼트 소결재를 이용한 평판형 미끄럼베어링의 제조 방법.
