Claims (1)
- 슬라이딩 컨베이어에 장착되는 다수의 롤러(100) 중 일부분의 원통형 롤러 내부에 이송되는 화물의 이송속도를 여타한 동력원 없이 스스로 자동제어할 수 있는 감속장치(10)를 설치하되,상기 감속장치(10)는 그 내부에 설치되는 축(13)에 선기어(23)와 그 선기어(23)의 둘레에 둘 이상의 유성기어(22)가 기어물림 구성되는 한편, 상기 유성기어(22)는 하우징(12)의 내접기어(17)와 상호 기어물림 되어 그 기어간 감속비에 따라 상기 축(13)의 회전속도를 1차적으로 감속시키는 기어감속장치(20)가 설치되는 것과;상기 기어감속장치(20)의 후단부 회전출력 축(13)에는 기어베이스(31)가 설치한 다음 그 기어베이스(31)의 양측에 최소 2개 이상의 브레이크패드가 조립되는 한편, 대칭되는 두개의 웨이트버켓(32)을 양끝단이 탄성 스프링(37)으로 상호 연결한 상태로 조립고정하고, 상기 웨이트버켓(32)의 전, 후면에는 회전시에 원심력 증강을 위한 각각 두개씩의 웨이트(34)를 설치하여, 상기 축(13)에 연결된 기어 베이스(31)의 회전시 상기 웨이트(34)의 중량에 의해 발생되는 원심력을 이용하여 상기 브레이크 패드(33)가 하우징(12) 내측에 마찰되어 2차적인 감속인 브레이크 작동이 이루어지도록 한 감속기(30)가 설치되는 것; 을 특징으로 하는 컨베이어 롤러 자동감속장치.
