Claims (3)
- 어레이 기판 상에 단위 화소 영역을 한정하기 위하여 서로 교차되게 배치된 다수개의 게이트 버스 라인과 데이터 버스 라인;상기 단위 화소 영역 상에 배치되어 스위칭 역할을 하는 TFT;상기 TFT와 콘텍되고, 단위 화소 영역 상에 전계를 발생시키기 위하여 배치된 화소 전극;상부 기판 상에는 상기 화소 전극들과 함께 액정 분자를 구동시킬 전계를 형성하기 위하여 배치된 슬릿형 공통 전극;상기 슬릿형 공통 전극들 각각에 콘텍되어 상기 어레이 기판 상에 공통 신호를 인가하는 트랜스퍼;상기 상부 기판 가장자리 부분에 배치된 구동신호를 인가하는 다수개의 게이트 패드와 데이터 신호를 인가하는 다수개의 데이터 패드를 포함하여 구성되며,상기 각각의 트랜스퍼 사이에 저항들을 직렬로 연결하여 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 트랜지스터 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 슬릿형 공통 전극은 상기 어레이 기판 상의 화소 전극열과 대응되게 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 트랜지스터 액정표시장치.
