Claims (6)
- 다음 화학식 1로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장파장 자외선 여기용 보레이트계 적색형광체 :[화학식 1]Y1-xCa3(MO)3(BO3)4 : Eux상기 화학식 1에서, M은 알루미늄(Al) 또는 갈륨(Ga)이고, 0 < x ≤ 1 이다.
- 이트륨 전구체, 칼슘 전구체, 알루미늄 또는 갈륨 전구체, 붕소 전구체 및 유로피움 전구체를 다음 화학식 1로 표시되는 정량범위로 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 1 단계;상기 혼합물을 100 ∼ 150 ℃에서 1 ∼ 24 시간 동안 건조시키는 2 단계; 및상기 건조된 혼합물을 800 ∼ 1100 ℃에서 60 ∼ 72 시간 동안 열처리하는 3 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 장파장 자외선 여기용 보레이트계 적색형광체의 제조방법.[화학식 1]Y1-xCa3(MO)3(BO3)4 : Eux상기 화학식 1에서, M은 알루미늄(Al) 또는 갈륨(Ga)이고, 0 < x ≤ 1 이다.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 3단계 후 분쇄하는 단계를 추가로 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장파장 자외선 여기용 보레이트계 적색형광체의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1의 적색형광체를 발광층에 포함하는 표시소자.
- 청구항 1의 적색형광체를 발광층에 포함하고 있고, 여기원으로 자외선을 사용하여 발광하는 적색 발광다이오드.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 표시소자는 능동발광 액정표시소자인 표시소자.
