Claims (1)
- 홀로그램 패턴제조방법에 있어서,금형표면(연마,세정된 것)에 필요한 부위에만 인쇄하도록 도면화 된 실크인쇄판으로 일정부위에 반응형 열경화성 수지를 마이크론(micron)단위의 2~5마이크론 두께로 인쇄하는 제1공정과;홀로그램이 성형된 실리콘시트를 인쇄된 반응형 열경화성 수지 위에 압착하는 제2공정과;상기 열경화성 수지를 히팅열을 가하여 경화하는 제3공정과;상기 실리콘시트를 제거하는 제4공정과;상기 금형표면의 열경화성 수지가 인쇄되지 않은 부위에 열경화성 수지를 인쇄 후 제2공정부터 반복적으로 새로운 패턴이 형성되도록 하는 제5공정으로 홀로그램 패턴 제조가 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 홀로그램 패턴 제조방법.
