Claims (11)
- 다수의 관통구멍이 격벽을 사이에 두고 길이방향으로 병설된 허니컴 구조체로서,그 격벽의 두께는, 0.25㎜ 이하이고,그 관통구멍의 길이는, 그 관통구멍의 수력 직경의 50 배 이상 350 배 이하이고,그 관통구멍에 수직인 단면의 개구율을 X(%), 단위 체적당 비표면적을 Y(㎡/L) 로 한 경우에, 식Y≥250×X+22500 (50≤X≤85)을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 격벽의 두께는, 0.10㎜ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,세라믹 입자 및 무기 바인더를 함유하는 혼합물을 사용하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 혼합물은, 고형분으로서 상기 세라믹 입자를 30중량% 이상 90중량% 이하 함유함과 함께, 상기 무기 바인더를 5중량% 이상 50중량% 이하 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,단위 체적당 비표면적이 35000㎡/L 이상 70000㎡/L 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 허니컴 구조체가 시일재층을 통하여 복수 개 결속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체 집합체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 시일재층의 두께는, 0.5㎜ 이상 2㎜ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체 집합체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 허니컴 구조체에 촉매 성분이 담지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 촉매.
- 제 6 항에 기재된 허니컴 구조체 집합체에 촉매 성분이 담지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 촉매.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 촉매 성분은, 귀금속, 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토금속 및 산화물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 촉매.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,차량의 배기가스 정화에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 촉매.
