Claims (6)
- 화소영역 이외의 영역으로 빛이 누설되는 것을 차단하기 위해 기판 상에 형성된 차광막;상기 차광막과 소정부분 겹치면서 화소영역에 형성되며, 이때, 좌우측 최외곽 라인의 화소영역에는 적색, 녹색, 및 청색 필터가 임의의 조합으로 각 화소당 반복되어 형성되고, 나머지 라인의 화소영역에는 수직의 단색 스트라이프 형태로 적색, 녹색, 및 청색 필터가 임의의 조합으로 반복되어 형성되는 칼라필터층; 및상기 칼라필터층 위에 형성된 공통전극을 포함하여 구성되는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 기판과 대향되는 대향기판 상에 종횡으로 형성되어 화소영역을 정의하는 복수개의 게이트라인 및 데이터라인;상기 게이트라인 및 데이터라인의 교차점에 형성된 박막트랜지스터;상기 박막트랜지스터와 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 화소영역 내에 형성된 화소전극;및 상기 양 기판 사이에 형성된 액정층을 추가로 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 좌측 및 우측의 최외곽 라인의 화소영역에 형성되는 칼라필터층은 색의 조합이 서로 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 좌측 및 우측의 최외곽 라인의 화소영역에 형성되는 칼라필터층은 색의 조합이 서로 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 좌측 및 우측의 최외곽 라인의 화소영역에 형성되는 칼라필터층과, 나머지 라인의 화소영역에 형성되는 칼라필터층은 색의 조합이 서로 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 좌측 및 우측의 최외곽 라인의 화소영역에 형성되는 칼라필터층과, 나머지 라인의 화소영역에 형성되는 칼라필터층은 색의 조합이 서로 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
