Claims (6)
- 지방산과 디에탄올아민(diethanolamine)을 반응시켜 아미드 화합물을 제조하는 단계;상기 단계 후 글리세롤 모노스테아레이트(glycerol monostearate, GMS)를 혼합한 후 암모늄 헵타몰리브데이트 수용액을 혼합하여 반응시키는 단계;로 이루어지며, 각 단계의 반응은 기유(base oil)에서 수행되고, 상기 글리세롤 모노스테아레이트 및 암모늄 헵타몰리브데이트의 몰비는 1 : 0.009 ~ 0.01로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제용 몰리브데늄 착화합물의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 지방산 및 디에탄올아민은 몰비 1 : 1.01~1.2 인 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제용 몰리브데늄 착화합물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 각 단계 후 감압증류하여 저비점물을 제거하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제용 몰리브덴 착화합물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 지방산은 올레인 산(Oleic acid), 피마자유(Castor oil), 유채유(Rape oil), 코코넛 오일(Coconut oil) 또는 탈로우 오일(tollow oil)로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제용 몰리브데늄 착화합물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항, 제 3항, 제 4항 및 제 5항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 의해 제조되는 윤활제용 몰리브덴 착화합물.
