Claims (5)
- a) 폴리실록산 형태의 실리콘 20 내지 80 중량부, 무기계 방염제 20 내지 80 중량부 및 백금촉매 0.1 내지 5 중량부를 포함하는 실리콘 방염 조성물에 발포 스폰지를 함침시켜 상기 실리콘 방염 조성물을 흡수시키는 단계;b) 단계 a)를 거친 스폰지로부터 흡수되고 남은 실리콘 방염 조성물을 제거하는 단계; 및c) 단계 b)를 거친 스폰지를 가열하는 단계를 포함하는 방염 스폰지의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 방염 조성물은 상기 무기계 방염제 100 중량부에 대하여 인계 방염제를 1 내지 5 중량부 더 포함하는 것인 방염 스폰지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 방염 조성물은 방염보조제를 상기 실리콘 방염조성물 100 중량부에 대하여 1 내지 40 중량부 더 포함하는 것인 방염 스폰지의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 제조방법에 의하여 제조되는 방염 스폰지.
