- 삭제
- 마그네트론의 상부 앤드 헷드에 형성된 돌출부와 하부 앤드 헷드에 형성된 오목부에 필라멘트를 용접시키기 위한 브레이징재에 있어서,상기 브레이징재의 조성은 루테늄(Ru) 5~20중량%, 몰리브덴(Mo) 24~70중량%, 니켈(Ni) 24~70중량%로 포함된 분말에 팔라듐(Pd), 크롬(Cr), 코발트(Co) 중 어느 하나를 1~5중량%로 더 포함한 분말을 이용하여 링 형상으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론 앤드 헷드와 필라멘트 브레이징재.
- 마그네트론의 상부 앤드 헷드에 형성된 돌출부와 하부 앤드 헷드에 형성된 오목부에 필라멘트를 용접시키기 위한 브레이징재에 있어서,상기 브레이징재의 조성은 텅스텐(W) 20~50중량%, 몰리브덴(Mo) 10~70중량%, 니켈(Ni) 10~70중량%를 포함한 분말을 이용하여 링 형상으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론 앤드 헷드와 필라멘트 브레이징재.
- 제 2항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 링 형상의 브레이징재가 고온 소결에 의해 상·하부 앤드 헷드에 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론 앤드 헷드와 필라멘트 브레이징재.
