Claims (6)
- 임의의 굴절각을 갖은 상태에서 회전력이 전달되는 부위에 상호 교합되어 연결되는 플랜지요크(1)와, 이 플랜지요크(1)와 연결되어 회전력을 타측으로 전달토록 하는 샤프트(2)와, 상기 플랜지요크와 샤프트 사이에 설치되는 방진용 격판(3)을 포함하여 이루어진 유니버셜 조인트에 있어서,상기 방진용 격판(3)은, 판상체로서 적층되어 있는 복수개의 플레이트(30)와;상기 복수개의 플레이트(30) 사이에 개재되어 탄성체 역할을 하는 충격흡수부재(32)와;상기 적층된 플레이트(30) 및 충격흡수부재(32)의 모서리 부위에, 유니버셜 조인트의 회전방향 비틀림 진동을 흡수토록 하기 위해, 관통 설치되는 부시(36); 를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유니버셜 조인트의 진동 흡수구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 플레이트(30)는 금속 또는 경화 플라스틱 또는 섬유복합 경화물 중 어느하나의 재질로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 유니버셜 조인트의 진동 흡수구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 방진용 격판(3)은, 상기 플레이트(30)의 두께를 증감시킴에 따라 유니버셜 조인트의 축방향 강성을 조율할 수 있도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 유니버셜 조인트의 진동 흡수구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 방진용 격판(3)은, 상기 플레이트(30)의 갯수의 가감에 따라 유니버셜 조인트의 축방향 강성을 조율할 수 있도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 유니버셜 조인트의 진동 흡수구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 충격흡수부재(32)는, 고무 또는 스프링 와셔, 격자종이, 코일 스프링, 연질 플라스틱 중 어느하나로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 유니버셜 조인트의 진동 흡수구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 부시는 고무 또는 연질의 플라스틱 중 어느하나의 재질로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 유니버셜 조인트의 진동 흡수구조.
