Claims (7)
- 플로팅 펜더로서,하나의 회전축을 중심으로 시트를 열에 의한 융착으로 접착하면서 감아서 이루어진 몸체와;스토퍼로서, 상기 몸체로부터 나사산이 형성되어 연장된 연장봉이 그 내부로 들어와 고정될 수 있도록 중공의 관이 형성된, 스토퍼와;상기 몸체가 쉽게 이탈하지 않도록 상기 몸체를 덮으며 그 끝단이 상기 스토퍼에 결합되는 덮개층;을포함하여 이루어지는, 완충효과가 뛰어난 플로팅 펜더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스토퍼는 두개의 날개를 가지는데,상기 몸체쪽을 향한 날개는 상기 몸체가 넘어오는 것을 막아 고정시키는 역할을 하는, 완충효과가 뛰어난 플로팅 펜더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 덮개층은 강선을 여러번 감아 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 완충효과가 뛰어난 플로팅 펜더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연장봉은 상기 연장봉을 고정시키기 위하여 하나 이상의 너트가 사용이 되며 상기 너트와 상기 스토퍼사이의 공간에서 이동가능하도록 결합된 와셔를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 완충효과가 뛰어난 플로팅 펜더.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 덮개층의 바깥쪽에는 탄력성있는 소재로 이루어진 탄력층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 완충효과가 뛰어난 플로팅 펜더.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 덮개층의 바깥쪽에는 상기 몸체의 축과 같은 축을 중심으로 소정너비의 시트를 이음새 없이 붙인 보호층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 완충효과가 뛰어난 플로팅 펜더.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 덮개층의 바깥쪽에는 상기 몸체의 축과 수직되는 방향으로 소정너비의 시트를 이음새 없이 붙인 보호층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 완충효과가 뛰어난 플로팅 펜더.
