Claims (5)
- 베이스 부재;상기 베이스 부재에 설치되며, 대물렌즈가 수용되는 렌즈홀더;상기 렌즈홀더를 포커싱 방향으로 가변시키는 구동부;상기 베이스부재에 마련되며, 상기 대물렌즈 및 렌즈홀더를 보호하는 커버부재; 및상기 렌즈홀더에 마련되는 가이드 홀과, 상기 가이드 홀에 수용되어 상기 구동부가 구동되어 상기 렌즈 홀더가 포커싱 방향으로 가변될 수 있도록 상기 베이스 부재에 일단이 고정되고, 타단은 상기 커버부재에 고정되는 가이드 축으로 되는 가이드부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 엑츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가이드부는 상기 렌즈홀더의 대물렌즈를 중심으로 양측에서 가이드 될 수 있도록 상기 렌즈홀더의 양측에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 엑츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가이드 홀과 가이드 축은 원형, 삼각, 사각, 오각, 육각, 팔각 중 어느 하나를 선택하여 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 특징으로 하는 리니어 엑츄에이터.
