- 화학식 5의 4-피페리디노피페리딘과 화학식 11의 1,1-카보닐디이미다졸을 반응시켜 화학식 12의 [4-(1-피페리디노)-피페리딘]-1-일-이미다졸-1-일-메탄온을 얻는 단계 1;화학식 12의 [4-(1-피페리디노)-피페리딘]-1-일-이미다졸-1-일-메탄온과 화학식 3의 10-하이드록시-7-에칠캠프토테신을 염기 조건하의 디옥산, 테트라하이드로퓨란, 디클로로에탄, 피리딘 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 용매에서 반응시켜 화학식 2의 7-에칠-10-[4-(1-피페리디노)-1-피페리디노]카르보닐옥시-9-캠프토테신을 얻는 단계 2; 및화학식 2의 7-에칠-10-[4-(1-피페리디노)-1-피페리디노]카르보닐옥시-9-캠프토테신을 염산과 반응시켜 화학식 1의 염산 7-에칠-10-[4-(1-피페리디노)-1-피페리디노]카르보닐옥시-9-캠프토테신을 얻는 단계3을 포함하는, 염산 7-에칠-10-[4-(1-피페리디노)-1-피페리디노]카르보닐옥시-9-캠프토테신의 제조방법.[화학식 5][화학식 11][화학식 12][화학식 3][화학식 2][화학식 1]
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계1에서 반응온도는 20~110℃이며, 반응시간은 2~3 시간 임을 특징으로 하는 염산 7-에칠-10-[4-(1-피페리디노)-1-피페리디노]카르보닐옥시-9-캠프토테신의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계2에서 반응온도는 60~115℃이며, 반응시간은 2~5 시간 임을 특징으로 하는 염산 7-에칠-10-[4-(1-피페리디노)-1-피페리디노]카르보닐옥시-9-캠프토테신의 제조방법.
