Claims (7)
- 제 1 표시부 및 제 2 표시부를 갖는 투명 기판;상기 제 1 표시부에 위치하며 적어도 상기 기판과 수직인 제 1 방향으로 발광하고, 제 1 화소 전극, 제 1 대향 전극 및 이들 사이에 개재된 제 1 유기층을 구비한 적어도 하나의 제 1 유기 전계 발광 소자; 및상기 제 2 표시부에 위치하여 상기 제 1 방향과 반대방향인 제 2 방향으로 적어도 발광하고, 제 2 화소 전극, 제 2 대향 전극 및 이들 사이에 개재된 제 2 유기층을 구비한 적어도 하나의 제 2 유기 전계 발광 소자를 포함하고,상기 제 1 유기층 및 상기 제 2 유기층이 동일하며,상기 제 1 유기층 및 상기 제 2 유기층은 정공 주입층, 정공 수송층 및 발광층을 포함하고, 상기 정공 주입층의 두께와 상기 정공 수송층의 두께의 총합은 발광 컬러별로 상이하며, 적색, 녹색, 청색의 발광 컬러 순서에 따라 정공 주입층과 정공 수송층의 두께의 총합이 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 표시부와 상기 제 2 표시부는 상기 투명 기판의 동일면 상에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 유기 전계 발광 소자 중 제 1 화소 전극이 반사 전극이며, 제 1 대향 전극이 투명 전극이고, 상기 제 2 유기 전계 발광 소자 중 제 2 화소 전극이 투명 전극이며, 상기 제 2 대향 전극이 반사 전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 표시 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 유기층 및 상기 제 2 유기층 중 적색 발광 영역에 구비된 정공 주입층 및 정공 수송층의 두께의 총합이 2000Å 내지 2400Å이고, 상기 제 1 유기층 및 상기 제 2 유기층 중 녹색 발광 영역에 구비된 정공 주입층 및 정공 수송층의 두께의 총합이 1600Å 내지 2000Å이고, 상기 제 1 유기층 및 상기 제 2 유기층 중 청색 발광 영역에 구비된 정공 주입층 및 정공 수송층의 두께의 총합이 1300Å 내지 1600Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 유기층 및 상기 제 2 유기층이 정공 억제층, 전자 수송층, 전자 주입층 및 전자 억제층으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 표시 장치.
- 제 1 표시부 및 제 2 표시부를 갖는 투명 기판을 준비하는 단계;상기 투명 기판의 제 1 표시부 및 제 2 표시부에 제 1 화소 전극 및 제 2 화소 전극을 각각 개별적으로 형성하는 단계;상기 제 1 화소 전극 및 상기 제 2 화소 전극 상부에 제 1 유기층 및 제 2 유기층을 각각 동시에 형성하는 단계; 및상기 제 1 유기층 및 제 2 유기층 상부에 제 1 대향 전극 및 제 2 대향 전극을 각각 개별적으로 형성하는 단계;를 포함하고,상기 제 1 유기층 및 상기 제 2 유기층은 정공 주입층, 정공 수송층 및 발광층을 포함하고, 상기 정공 주입층의 두께와 상기 정공 수송층의 두께의 총합은 발광 컬러별로 상이하며, 적색, 녹색, 청색의 발광 컬러 순서에 따라 정공 주입층과 정공 수송층의 두께의 총합이 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
