Claims (5)
- 유압식 브리넬 경도시험기에 구비되어 경도시험 중 유압값을 측정하는 유압센서;시험유압이 일정한 세기에 도달하기 전까지의 압입시간 및 상기 시험유압이 일정한 세기로 계속 유지되는 유지시간을 구분하여 시간값을 측정하는 타이머;상기 유압센서로부터 전달되는 유압값의 변화량을 사용하여 상기 타이머에 의하여 측정된 시간값 측정동작 시작 및 종료를 제어하고, 상기 유압센서로부터 전달되는 유압값과 상기 타이머에서 측정된 시간값을 사용하여 압입속도(indentation velocity) 및 유지시간(dwell time)을 구하는 연산을 수행하는 제어부;상기 제어부에 의해 측정된 압입속도 및 유지시간을 출력하는 출력부;를 포함하여 이루어지며, 유압식 브리넬 경도시험기에 착탈가능하게 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 브리넬 경도시험기용 시험사이클 교정장치.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 아래의 식을 이용하여 브리넬 경도를 더 산출하고, 상기 출력부로 상기 산출된 브리넬 경도를 더 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 브리넬 경도시험기용 시험사이클 교정장치.여기서, D는 누르개의 지름, d는 시편의 압입지름, F는 시험하중, HB0 는 교정되지 않은 브리넬 경도, δt0 는 시험하중 압입시간(indentation time), δHBto 는 시험하중의 압입속도에 따른 브리넬 경도보정값, δt1 은 시험하중 유지시간(dwell time), 그리고 δHBt1 은 시험하중 유지시간에 따른 브리넬 경도보정값.
