Claims (3)
- 이격된 상태에서 전원의 공급이 가능하도록 하는 무접촉전원공급장치(90)를 구성함에 있어서,교류전원에 연결되어 전원을 발생시키도록 1차코일부(130)가 형성된 전원발생부(100)와,상기 전원발생부(100)로부터 전원을 전달받아 부하장치에 전원을 인가하도록 2차코일부(210)가 형성된 전원흡수부(200)로 구성되고,상기 전원발생부(100)는 고주파의 교류전원을 발생시키는 고주파스위칭회로(120)와,상기 고주파스위칭회로(120)의 전원이 공급되어 자계에너지가 발생하도록 1차코어(135)에 코일이 권취된 1차코일부(130)와,상기 전원흡수부(200)로부터 신호를 수신할 수 있는 수신부(160)와,상기 수신부(160)를 통해 전원흡수부(200)의 신호를 전송받아 전자석회로부(150)를 작동 내지 정지시키고, 고주파스위칭회로(120)를 작동하여 전력의 공급 내지 차단이 가능하도록 구성된 제어부(P)와,상기 전원발생부(100)를 커버하여 보호하는 케이스(140)로 구성되고,상기 전원흡수부(200)는 상기 1차코일부(130)와 이격된 상태에서 대응하여 자계에너지의 흡수가 가능하도록 2차코어(215)에 코일이 권취되는 2차코일부(210)와,상기 2차코일부(210)에 연결되어 교류전원을 발생시키는 전원안정화회로(220)와,상기 전원안정화회로(220)에 연계되어 직류전원을 발생시키는 직류전원회로(230)와,상기 직류전원회로(230)에 연결되어 전기에너지를 충전하는 축전지(240)와,상기 전원발생부(100)에 신호를 발신할 수 있는 발신부(270)와,상기 축전지(240)의 상태를 감지하여 발신부(270)를 통해 축전지(240)의 상태를 전원발생부(100)에 알리고, 자체적으로 전원발생부(100)로 근접하도록 구성된 부하장치에 구동신호를 보내는 제어부(Q)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무접촉전원공급장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전원흡수부(200)와 전원발생부(100)의 밀착 내지 이탈이 가능하도록 전원발생부(100)에 구성되는 전자석회로부(150)와,상기 전자석회로부(150)에 연계되어 자력이 발생 내지 소멸되는 전자석(155)과,상기 전원흡수부(200)에 구성되어 상기 전자석(155)에 부착이 가능하도록 금속재로 구성되는 고정금속부(260)가 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무접촉전원공급장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제어부(P)에 연계되어 전원발생부(100)와 전원흡수부(200)의 동작상태와 정보를 확인하고 제어할 수 있도록 LED 또는 LCD로 구성되는 경보표시제어부(S) 및 스위치로 구성되고,상기 제어부(Q)에 연계되어 축전지(240)의 전압, 사용시간, 불량상태 등의 정보와 전원흡수부(200)의 동작상태에 대한 정보를 제어부(Q)에서 신호를 사용자가 인지할 수 있도록 LED 또는 LCD로 구성되는 표시부(R)가 더 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 무접촉전원공급장치.
