Claims (5)
- 시료와 결합하고, 공유띠와 전도띠를 포함하여 그 간격에 해당하는 에너지 이상의 빛이 조사되면 여기되어 전도띠의 전자가 공유띠의 홀과 결합하면서 형광이 발생하도록 하는 양자점 형광체;상기 양자점 형광체로부터의 광 경로와 수직인 경로상에 위치하는 하나의 파장대역을 갖는 레이저 다이오드;상기 레이저 다이오드로부터 나오는 레이저광의 파장영역은 직각으로 반사시키고 상기 레이저광의 파장보다 긴 파장영역은 그대로 통과시키도록 형성되는 이색 반사경;상기 이색 반사경에서 반사된 레이저광을 상기 양자점 형광체와 결합한 시료에 집속하고, 상기 형광체에서 나오는 상기 레이저광의 파장보다 높은 자발 방출광을 집속하여 상기 이색 반사경을 통과하도록 하는 렌즈;상기 렌즈 및 이색반사경을 통과한 자발 방출광에서 상기 레이저광의 파장보다 긴 파장만 통과시키는 필터; 및상기 필터를 통과한 자발 방출광을 전기신호로 변환하는 변환소자를 포함하는 이동식 형광 측정장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 레이저 다이오드는 청색영역대의 파장을 갖는 레이저 다이오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 형광 측정장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 레이저 다이오드는 반도체 레이저로 펌핑하고 주파수를 두배로 증가시켜 녹색영역대의 방출 파장을 갖도록 한 이차 고조파 녹색 레이저이고, 이때 상기 필터에는 적외선 영역을 차단하는 적외선 차단필터(IR 필터)가 추가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 형광 측정장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 일측에 상기 필터가 결합되고, 타측에는 상기 변환소자로 이루어진 카메라가 결합되어, 필터를 통과한 빛이 외부의 빛과 간섭을 이루지 않도록 하는 필터 홀더를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 형광 측정장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 변환소자는 칼라 CCD, 흑백 CCD, CMOS 촬상소자, 포토다이오드, 광증배관 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 형광 측정장치.
