Claims (6)
- 나뭇가지형상 또는 산호형상의 다결정 입자로 이루어지는 세라믹스 입자와 결착제를 포함하는 슬러리를 얻는 공정과,상기 슬러리를 전극의 표면에 도포하고, 건조시켜, 상기 전극의 표면에 접착한 다공막을 얻는 공정을 포함하는 2차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹스가 α-알루미나를 포함하는 2차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 세라믹스 전구체로부터 세라믹스 소성체를 얻는 공정과,상기 세라믹스 소성체를 기계적으로 해쇄하여, 상기 세라믹스 입자를 얻는 공정을 더 포함하는 2차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹스 전구체 또는 그 원료가, 알루미늄암모늄염 및 알루미늄알콕시드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하는 2차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄암모늄염이 암모늄도소나이트를 포함하는 2차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리를 얻는 공정이 매체를 사용하지 않는(메디아리스) 분산을 실시하는 공정을 포함하는 2차전지의 제조방법.
