Claims (14)
- 단위 화소 영역을 구비하는 기판 상에 상기 각각의 단위 화소 영역마다 위치하는 박막트랜지스터;상기 기판 상에 위치하는 절연막;상기 절연막 상에 위치하며 상기 박막트랜지스터의 드레인 전극과 접속되고, 상기 박막트랜지스터의 게이트 전극 상부의 일부분을 상기 박막트랜지스터의 경사구조를 따라 덮도록 위치하는 화소전극; 및상기 화소전극 상에 위치하는 액정층을 구비하는 OCB 모드 액정표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액정층과 상기 화소 전극 사이에는 배향막이 개재되고, 상기 배향막은 일정한 선경사각을 가지는 것을 더욱 포함하는 OCB 모드 액정표시장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 배향막의 선경사각은 6 내지 10도인 OCB 모드 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화소 전극은 상기 박막트랜지스터 상부의 전체를 덮도록 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 OCB 모드 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 절연막은 무기 절연막인 OCB 모드 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 게이트 전극 상부에 위치하는 화소전극과 상기 화소 영역의 가장 낮은 부분에 위치하는 화소전극의 단차는 0.2 내지 0.5㎛인 OCB 모드 액정표시장치.
- 단위 화소 영역을 구비하는 기판 상에 상기 각각의 단위 화소 영역마다 박막트랜지스터를 형성하는 단계;상기 기판 상에 절연막을 형성하고 상기 절연막 내에 드레인 전극을 노출하는 비아홀을 형성하는 단계;상기 절연막 상에 도전막을 적층 후 패터닝하여 상기 박막트랜지스터의 드레인 전극과 연결되고, 상기 박막트랜지스터의 게이트 전극 상부의 일부분을 상기 박막트랜지스터의 경사구조를 따라 덮도록 화소전극을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 기판 상에 대향기판을 부착시키고 액정층을 주입하는 단계를 포함하는 OCB 모드 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 기판 상에 대향기판을 부착시키고 액정층을 주입하기 전에, 상기 화소 전극 상에 일정한 선경사각을 가지도록 배향막을 형성하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 OCB 모드 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 배향막의 선경사각은 6 내지 10도인 OCB 모드 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 화소 전극은 상기 박막트랜지스터 상부의 전체를 덮도록 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 OCB 모드 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 절연막은 무기 절연막인 OCB 모드 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 게이트 전극 상부에 형성된 화소전극과 상기 화소 영역의 가장 낮은 부분에 형성된 화소전극의 단차는 0.2 내지 0.5㎛인 OCB 모드 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
