Claims (5)
- 욕실이나 발코니에 설치되는 배수관을 보호하는 덕트 구조체로서, 상기 덕트 구조체를 구성하는 단열판재는 발포 폴리스티렌 폼보드 측면에 유리섬유직물을 포설하고 그 위에 몰탈층을 보강하여 구성하되, 상기 단열판재의 하부는 바닥면에 방수시트로 고정되며, 단열판재의 상부는 연결부속재로 천정이나 벽면에 고정토록한 덕트구조체에 있어서, 상기 단열판재는 발포 폴리스티렌 폼보드 측면에 유리섬유직물을 포설하고 그 위에 몰탈층을 도포하며, 그 위에 마그네슘보드(13)나 CRC보드를 선택하여 부착토록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 욕실이나 발코니의 에어덕트 및 파이프덕트 벽체구조.
- 욕실이나 발코니에 설치되는 배수관을 보호하는 파이프덕트나 환기통로인 에어덕트를 구축하는 시공방법에 있어서, 발포 폴리스티렌 폼보드(11) 일측표면이나 양측표면에 마그네슘 보드(13)를 조합한 경량의 불연단열판재(10)나, 발포 폴리스티렌 폼판재(11) 일측표면이나 양측 표면에 유리섬유직물(Glass Fiber Mesh)(14)을 포설하고 그 위에 몰탈(13)을 1-3mm로 도포하여 표면 보강층을 형성하고 그위에 마그네슘보드(13)를 부착한 경량의 불연 단열 판재(10)로 욕실이나 발코니 내부에 설치되는 에어나 파이프덕트(21)를 구성하며, 상기 덕트(21) 내부에 부착된 연결 부속재(16)나 접착제, 볼트등의 고정수단을 사용하여 건축물의 측벽(31)또는 천정에 비 내력벽인 상기 에어덕트나 파이프덕트(21)의 벽체를 고정하며, 상기 덕트(21)의 하단부는 방수제(19)를 도포하여 바닥면과 고정되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 욕실이나 발코니의 에어덕트 및 파이프덕트 시공방법.
- 제2항에 있어서 불연단열판재(10)를 구성하는 발포폴리스티렌 폼보드(11)의 일측표면이나 양측표면에 부착하여 불연성을 제공하며 판을 보강하는 마그네슘보드(13) 대신에 CRC보드를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 욕실이나 발코니의 에어덕트 및 파이프덕트 시공방법.
