Claims (8)
- 중공축홀더(2)에 의한 중공축(1)을 가지는 공구, 가공소재(3) 또는 그러한 것의 공작기계의 가공스핀들(4)과의 결합을 위한 클램픽장치에 있어서 중공축(1)은 중공축홀더(2)내에서 경사진 클램핑경사면(7)을 가지며 이에 중공축(1)과 가공스핀들(4)사이에서 축방향에 따라 이동하는 가공스핀들(4)에 안내되어 있는 클램핑헤드(13)를 작동 가능한 가공스핀들(4)에 지지되어 있는 클램핑클로(8)에 의하여 작용하는 누름 하중을 발생하기 위하여 장치에 부착할 수 있으며 클램핑클로(8)를 안내하기 위하여 클램핑헤드(13)에 반경방향에 따라 융기하는 날개(18)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 클램핑장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서 각각의 클램핑클로(8)는 경사면(9)을 가지는 클로헤드(12)와 방향이 반대인 단부에서 가공스핀들(4)의 원주방향에 따르는 링홈(10)을 물고 있는 클로푸트(11)를 가지며, 키구동을 형성하기 위하여 클램핑헤드(13)에 각각의 클램핑클로(8)의 클로헤드(12)와 함께 작용하는 원추면(14)과 클램핑을 풀기 위하여 클로푸트(11)에 배열되어 있는 조정면(15)이 형성되어 있으며 날개(18)는 원추면(14)과 조정면(15)사이에 위치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 클램핑장치.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서 날개(18)의 종방향확장은 클램핑헤드(13)의 축방 향에 따라서 반경방향으로 내측에서 외측으로 확장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 클램핑장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서 클램핑클로(8)는 그의 클로푸트(11)에서 스프링부재(19)에 의하여 세그먼트클램핑집게(20)에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 클램핑장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서 스프링부재(19)는 탄성고무링에 의하여 구성되어 있어서 클로푸트(11)에서 원주방향에 따르는 홈(21)안에 지지되어 있으며 원주방향으로 클램핑클로(8)사이에 형성되어 있는 틈새(22)사이에 물리며 클로푸트(11)의 반경방향면과 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 클램핑장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서 클로푸트(11)에는 클램핑헤드(13)의 조정면(15)에 형성되어 있는 축방향으로 일정한 직경을 가진 링콜릿(16)고 함께 작용을 위하여 클램핑헤드(13)에 나타난 벌브(17)로 구성되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 클램핑장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서 클로푸트(11)의 수용을 위하여 가공스핀들(4)에 형성되어 있는 링홈(10)은 클로헤드(12)에 대하여 경사져 있는 홈벽(23)을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 클램핑장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서 홈벽(23)은 그의 1/2높이에 이르기까지는 홈베이스로부터 직각으로 뻗어 있으며 그 1/2높이로부터는 10°의 경사각도를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 클램핑장치.
