Claims (1)
- 일정한 길이를 가지고 바닥면에 설치 고정되는 안내레일(100)과;상기 안내레일(100)을 따라 좌우 회전하는 안내롤러(220)가 하단에 형성되고 전체적인 골격을 형성하는 고정프레임(200)과;상기 고정프레임(200) 상단 중간에 형성된 구동모터(310)가 구동되면 이 구동력을 전달받아 회전하는 동력전달 스크류(320)가 구동모터(310) 좌우측에 각각 수평으로 형성되고, 이 동력전달 스크류(320)에 의해 상하 이동할 수 있도록 수직으로 위치하는 상하이동 스크류(300)와;상기 고정프레임(200) 좌,우측 내벽 상하단에 일정한 간격을 두고 각각 돌출 형성되는 가이드롤러(210)와;상단은 상기 상하이동 스크류(300) 하단측에 연결 고정되고, 좌우측면은 가이드롤러(210)에 삽입되는 가이드바(410)가 일체로 연결 형성되며 상기 상하이동 스크류(300)가 작동되면 가이드롤러(210)를 따라 상하 안내되는 가이드바(410)에 의해 수직 상승 하강하는 이동프레임(400)과;상기 이동프레임(400) 내부에 위치하고 생산라인을 통해 제작된 파형강관(500)(510)이 진입하면 파형강관(500)(510)의 내경 크기에 따라 이동프레임(400)과 함께 상하 이동하면서 파형강관(500)(510) 중심부에 위치하며 회전수단(900)에 의해 일정구간 좌우 회전하는 터릿(600)과;상기 터릿(600) 전면에 일정한 간격을 두고 다수 형성된 상태에서 터릿(600)이 파형강관(500)(510) 중심부에 정확히 위치하면 실린더(710)에 의해 파형강관(500)(510) 표면으로 전진하고, 실린더(710)에 부착된 서브모터는 파형강관(500)(510)과 에어 플라즈마 절단기(700) 홀더 팁과 거리값을 항상 일정하게 유지하면서 있게끔 레이저센서(720)를 부착하여 그 읽음 수치의 데이터값을 이차 전후진용 서브모터에 송출시킴으로서 파형강관(500)(510)의 골 형상 절단 특성을 수행하며, 회전수단(900)에 의해 터릿(600)이 회전할 때 파형강관(500)(510)을 절단하는 에어 플라즈마 절단기(700)와;상기 에어 플라즈마 절단기(700) 사용시 발생된 가스를 한곳으로 포집하는 덕트(820)가 고정프레임(200) 상단에 형성되고, 이 덕트(820) 내부로 가스가 포집되면 배출관(810)을 통하여 외부로 가스를 강제 배출시키는 블러워(800)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마를 이용한 파형강관 절단 장치.
