Claims (7)
- 제 1, 제 2 기판과, 그 사이에 액정이 봉입된 액정표시소자의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 제 1 기판상에 게이트 전극과 게이트 절연막을 차례로 형성하는 공정;상기 게이트 절연막상에 비정질 실리콘층과 n+비정질 실리콘층을 적층하는 공정;상기 n+비정질 실리콘층 상에 베리어 메탈층과, 구리(Cu)로 이루어진 소스/드레인용 메탈층을 적층하는 공정;상기 소스/드레인용 메탈층을 패터닝하는 공정;상기 베리어 메탈층과 상기 n+비정질 실리콘층을 패터닝하는 공정을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 소스/드레인용 메탈층은 습식 식각으로 패터닝하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베리어 메탈층과 n+비정질 실리콘층은 건식 식각으로 패터닝하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 n+비정질 실리콘층을 패터닝한 후, 전면에 보호막을 형성하는 공정과,상기 보호막상에 상기 소스/드레인용 메탈층의 일부와 전기적으로 연결되도록 화소 전극을 형성하는 공정을 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베리어 메탈층은 Ti, Cr, Mo를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 기판과 대향하는 제 2 기판 상에 칼라필터층, 블랙매트릭스층, 공통전극을 형성하는 공정을 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
