Claims (6)
- 섬유상 나노탄소에 있어서,탄소육각망면(carbon hexagonal plane)의 적층으로 구성되고, 서로 마주보는 한 쌍의 탄소나노섬유로 구성되되; 상기 탄소나노섬유들 사이의 거리는 2.7 내지 10nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유쌍 탄소.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 섬유축에 수직 방향으로의 단면의 외주면이 6각형을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유쌍 탄소.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 한 쌍의 탄소나노섬유를 구성하는 하나의 탄소나노섬유의 단면은 판상의 사다리꼴을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유쌍 탄소.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 섬유축 방향을 따라 신장된 중공을 가지며, 상기 단면의 내주면은 6각형 내지 원형을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유쌍 탄소.
- 망간(Mn), 몰리브덴(Mo), 크롬(Cr), 텅스텐(W) 및 니켈(Ni)을 포함하는 그룹에서 선택된 분산 보조 금속과, 5 - 95 중량% 철의 합금물질을 형성하는 단계;상기 합금물질을 환원 처리하여 합금 촉매를 제조하는 단계; 및상기 합금 촉매를 일산화탄소과 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 청구항 1항에 따른 섬유쌍 탄소의 제조 방법.
- 철(Fe), 망간(Mn), 몰리브덴(Mo), 크롬(Cr) 및 텅스텐(W)을 포함하는 그룹에서 선택된 분산 보조 금속과, 코발트(Co) 또는 니켈(Ni)의 우선 금속의 합금물질을 형성하는 단계;상기 합금물질을 환원 처리하여 합금 촉매를 제조하는 단계; 및상기 합금 촉매를 에칠렌을 반응시키는 단계를 포함하되;상기 합금물질 중 상기 분산 보조 금속의 함량은 5 - 95 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 1항에 따른 섬유쌍 탄소의 제조 방법.
