Claims (8)
- 별도로 수지거품을 발생시켜 준비하는 단계;상기 준비된 수지거품을 세라믹 슬러리에 주입하여 혼합하는 단계;상기 혼합된 혼합물을 일정형상의 몰드에 주입한 후, 이를 경화 및 건조하여 성형물을 제조하는 단계; 및상기 건조된 성형물을 소성(燒成)하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수지거품은 수지를 주재로 충진제, 거품제, 거품안정제(정포제), 분산제, 가교제, 결합제 및 증점제를 1군으로 하는 첨가제 중에서 하나 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수지거품은 에멀젼액의 농도가 최대 15 중량%인 수용액으로 기포를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 슬러리는 세라믹 분말 100 중량부에 대하여 용매 45 내지 55 중 량부를 혼합하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 슬러리는 규사 40 내지 60 중량부에 대하여, 시멘트 40 내지 60 중량부, 소석회 최대 5 중량부, 석고 최대 5 중량부를 혼합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 건조는 80 내지 150 ℃에서 함수율이 최대 10 중량%가 되도록 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 소성은 950 내지 1200 ℃에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 의하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터.
