Claims (4)
- 기판의 상면에 인듐주석산화물층, 유기물층 및 금속전극층이 순차적으로 형성된 유기 전계 발광 소자에 있어서,상기 인듐주석산화물층이 형성되는 상면과 상반되는 상기 기판의 표면에 요오드계 물질을 도포하여 편광판을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 복수의 유기 전계 발광 소자가 형성된 모기판의 하면에 요오드계 물질을 도포하는 제1단계;상기 모기판에서 상기 유기 전계 발광 소자를 분리하는 제2단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 편광판 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1단계는,상기 모기판의 하면 위에 상기 유기 전계 발광 소자와 대응되는 위치에 개구가 형성된 마스크를 위치시키는 단계;상기 마스크의 상부에 상기 요오드계 물질을 도포하는 단계; 및상기 모기판에서 상기 마스크를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 편광판 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제2단계는, 상기 모기판을 상기 유기 전계 발광 소자의 크기에 맞추어 잘라내는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 편광판 제조방법.
