Claims (1)
- 편면에만 엠보스를 부여한 도금강판상에 전처리층이 형성되고, 이 전처리층상에 고가공성의 폴리에스테르 도료를 상ㆍ하도로 코팅하여서 형성되는 편면 엠보스 칼라강판의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 편면 엠보스는 편면 도금부착량이 20-100g/m2이 되도록 소지강판을 도금한 후에 도금강판상에 상ㆍ하단중의 하나의 롤에 엠보스의 산과 골 사이의 경사면과 엠보스의 골부분의 연장선이 이루는 각도가 20-60도 범위인 엠보스롤로 엠보스 깊이가 30-80㎛ 범위내가 되도록 압하처리하여 엠보스 무늬가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 편면 엠보스 칼라강판의 제조방법.
