Abstract
Description
상기 MgO·GeO2:Mn4+ 계열 형광체는 4MgO·GeO2:Mn4+, 6MgO·Gs2O5:Mn4+, 3.5MgO.0.5MgF2.GeO2:Mn4+인 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 본원 발명의 백색발광소자는 황색 YAG계열 형광체 및 적색 발광하는 MgO.GeO2:Mn4+ 계열 형광체를 0.1 내지 10: 1 의 질량비로 혼합한 혼합형광체 및 청색에서 발광하는 GaN계열 LED칩을 결합한 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 본원 발명에 대해 도면을 참조하여 자세히 설명한다.
Claims (4)
- 황색 YAG계열 형광체 및 적색 발광하는 MgO.GeO2:Mn4+ 계열 형광체를 a: 1 (여기서, 0.1 ≤a ≤ 10)의 질량비로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합형광체.
- 제1항에 있어서,MgO·GeO2:Mn4+ 계열 형광체는 4MgO·GeO2:Mn4+, 6MgO·Gs2O5:Mn4+, 3.5MgO.0.5MgF2.GeO2:Mn4+를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 혼합형광체.
- 황색 YAG계열 형광체 및 적색 발광하는 MgO.GeO2:Mn4+ 계열 형광체를 a: 1 (여기서, 0.1 ≤a ≤ 10)의 질량비로 혼합한 혼합형광체와 청색에서 발광하는 GaN계열 LED칩을 결합한 것임을 특징으로 하는 백색발광소자.
- 제3항에 있어서,MgO·GeO2:Mn4+ 계열 형광체는 4MgO·GeO2:Mn4+, 6MgO·Gs2O5:Mn4+, 3.5MgO.0.5MgF2.GeO2:Mn4+를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 백색발광소자.
