Claims (4)
- 전.후방측 베어링(5)(6)에 의해서 회전 가능하게 지지되는 메인샤프트(2)에 의해서 회전자(3)와 발전기(4)가 연결되고, 상기 발전기(4)는 스테이터(41)와 로터(42)로 구성됨에 있어서,상기 로터(42)는 수직의 로터 프레임(42b)에 대하여 직각을 이루는 로터 축받이(42a)가 일체로 형성되어 메인샤프트(2)의 외측에 결합되고, 상기 로터 축받이(42a)의 외측에 한 쌍의 전동베어링(43)이 형성되며, 상기 스테이터(41)는 전동베어링(43)의 베어링 하우징(43a)에 고정되는 스테이터 하우징(41a)에 의해서 로터(42)에 조립된 것을 특징으로 한 풍력 발전기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 로터 축받이(42a)는 외측에 볼트(44e)의 조임력에 의해서 일정 마찰력으로 로터 축받이(42a)를 메인샤프트(2) 상에 밀착 고정시켜 함께 회전될 수 있도록 하고, 회전 토크가 마찰력을 초과하면 로터 축받이(42a)와 메인샤프트(2) 사이의 연결을 차단하는 쉬링크 디스크(44)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한 풍력 발전기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 메인샤프트(2)는 일체형 샤프트(20)로 형성하고, 상기 전방측 베어링 (5)을 토로이달 롤러 베어링(61)으로, 후방측 베어링(6)을 스페리컬 롤러 베어링(60)으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 한 풍력 발전기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발전기(4)는 메인 샤프트(2)의 외측에 구비되는 샤프트 하우징(8)과 결합된 서포터(91)에 의해서 지지되고, 상기 서포터(91)와 발전기(4)의 사이에 댐퍼(9)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 한 풍력 발전기.
