- 접촉저항 증가 시 전원을 차단하여 화재를 예방하는 단자대 풀림 검출 장치에 있어서,단자대의 터미널이나 접속재 등에 연결되어 전압을 검출하는 전압 검출부,상기 전압 검출부에서 출력된 신호 파형을 증폭하는 증폭부,전압차를 판별하기 위한 기준전압을 생성하는 기준전압 발생부,상기 증폭부의 출력신호와 기준전압 발생부의 출력신호를 상호 비교하여 상승된 전압량을 판단하는 비교부,상기 비교부에서 전압 변화량이 설정값을 초과하는 경우 전원을 차단하는 차단부, 및상기 비교부에서 전압 변화량이 설정값을 초과하는 경우 경보를 발생하는 경보부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 단자대 풀림 검출 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,단자대 접속부의 온도를 감지하는 온도센서가 구비되어, 소정의 기준값보다 높은 온도를 나타내는 경우, 차단신호를 발생키는 온도 검출부를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 단자대 풀림 검출 장치.
- 단자대의 볼트 풀림이 발생하여 접촉저항의 증가 시 전원을 차단하여 화재를 예방하는 단자대 풀림을 검출하는 방법에 있어서,검출부에서 접촉저항의 증가에 따른 전압 신호를 검출하는 단계,증폭부에서 검출된 전압신호를 증폭하는 단계,비교기에서 증폭된 검출신호와 기준신호를 비교 판단하는 단계, 및비교 결과 화재 우려가 있을 시 차단부를 동작시켜 전원측으로부터 부하측으로의 전력을 차단시키고, 경보부를 통해 경보를 발생시키는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 단자대 풀림 검출 방법.
