Claims (8)
- a. 하우징과 상기 하우징의 구동 끝단으로부터 축방향으로 뻗어있는 출력 축을 각각 갖고, 서로 공간적으로 떨어져서 위치하고, 그들 각각의 출력 축(34,36)들의 중심축이 동축으로 배열되면서 대향하는 관계인 각각의 구동 끝단을 갖는, 제 1 및 제 2 전기 모터들(30,32);b. 상기 제 1 및 제 2 모터들(30,32)의 출력 축(34,36)들 사이에서 확장되고 함께 연결되어서, 상기 모터 출력 축(34,36)들이 같은 회전 방향 및 같은 회전 속도로 회전하도록 하는 모터 연결 부재(38);c. 예정된 회전 방향으로 회전하도록 제 1 모터 출력 축(34)을 작동시키기 위해 제 1모터(30)와 연결되는 제 1 모터 구동 회로(48), 및 상기 제 1 모터 출력 축(34)과 같이 동일한 예정된 회전 방향으로 회전하도록 제 2 모터 출력 축(36)을 작동시키기 위해 제 2 모터(32)와 연결되는 제 2 모터 구동 회로(50)를 포함하여, 상기 모터 연결 부재(38)에 상기 제 1 및 제 2 모터(30,32)들의 출력 토크의 합인 조합된 출력 토크를 제공하는, 제 1 및 제 2 모터(30,32)들의 속도 및 토크를 제어하는 모터 제어부; 를 포함하고,상기 제 2 모터 구동 회로(50)는 제 1 모터(30)에 공급되는 구동 전류의 상에 대하여 제 2 모터(32)에 공급되는 구동 전류의 상을 변환하는 인버터(52)를 포함하는 사출 성형기용 구동 시스템(10).
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 제 1 및 제 2 모터(30,32)들은 같은 회전 속도에서 거의 같은 최대 출력 토크를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 성형기용 구동 시스템(10).
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 제 1 및 제 2 모터(30,32)들은 같은 회전 속도에서 다른 최대 출력 토크를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 성형기용 구동 시스템(10).
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 연결 부재(38)는상기 제 1 및 제 2 모터(30,32)들의 각각의 출력 축(34,36)들의 연결된 회전을 위하여 기계적으로 함께 연결하기 위한 연결 슬리브, 및 피동 부재(40)에 조합된 모터 출력 토크를 전달하기 위하여 상기 연결 부재(38)에 의하여 전달되는 구동 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 성형기용 구동 시스템(10).
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 구동 부재는 구동 벨트(41)를 수용하고 전달하는 풀리인 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 성형기용 구동 시스템(10).
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 피동 부재(40)는 사출 성형기의 사출 유닛 내의 메커니즘인 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 성형기용 구동 시스템(10).
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 메커니즘은 몰드 내로 성형 재료를 사출하기 위한 사출 부재에 축방향 움직임을 전하는 스크류(42)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 성형기용 구동 시스템(10).
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 모터(30,32)들은 각각 AC 서보모터들인 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 성형기용 구동 시스템(10).
