Claims (3)
- 원재료 시트(10)를 진공성형하여 제1성형체(110)를 성형하는 단계와, 상기 제1성형체(110)에 진공성형 금형의 흡기공과 연통되는 통공(111)을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 제1성형체(110)의 배면부에 보강수지를 부착 및 경화시키고 상기 제1성형체(110)를 제거하여 금형보조체(150)를 제작하는 단계와, 상기 금형보조체(150)에 금형본체(20a)의 흡기공(23)과 연통되는 소통공(151)을 형성하고 이 금형보조체(150)를 금형본체(20a)에 안착시켜 진공성형 금형을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 제1성형체(110)를 진공성형 금형의 성형면에 배치한 상태로 다른 시트(10)를 진공성형하여 상기 제1성형체(110)에 부착된 상태의 제2성형체(120)를 성형하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 제1성형체(110)를 성형하는 금형과 제2성형체(120)를 성형하는 금형 중 일측은 오목한 성형면을 구비하고 그 타측은 볼록한 성형면을 구비하도록 한 진공성형물 제조방법.
