도 2는 본 발명의 제2실시 예에 따른 자동차 내장재의 제조 방법에 대한 공정도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 사용되는 무늬목의 연화 방법을 보여 주는 사시도이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 사용되는 무늬목시트의 사시도이다.
도 5 내지 도 10는 본 발명에 따른 자동차 내장재의 사출 단계를 공정별로 도시한 은 단면도이다.
도 11은 본 발명에 따라 제조된 자동차 내장재의 사시도이다.

Claims (4)
- 천연무늬목, 천연무늬목을 염색한 염색무늬목, 목재를 적층한 후 절삭한 적층무늬목 가운데 선택된 무늬목을 압착하여 연화하는 공정(202);
연화된 무늬목 이면에, 사출 수지가 부착되는 과정이나 부착 후에 사출 수지의 굴곡면이나, 홈이나, 면과 면이 만나는 모서리 양면에서 무늬목이 늘어날 때 무늬목과 함께 늘어나 무늬목이 갈라지는 것을 막아 줄 수 있는 정도의 신축율을 갖는 탄성층을 형성하는 공정(206);
상기 탄성층이 형성된 무늬목시트를 무늬목시트의 표면이 사출물 표면측 금형을 향하도록 무늬목시트를 금형에 인서트하는 공정(104);
사출물 이면측 금형 주입구에서 인서트된 무늬목시트의 상기 탄성층에 수지 용융물을 사출하는 공정(108);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 탄성층(3)은, 폴리우레탄, 또는 고무, 또는 실리콘을 분사하거나 도포하여 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 금형에 무늬목시트를 인서트할 때 무늬목시트 표면측에 투명수지 필름을 더 인서트하여 투명수지 필름이 사출물의 무늬목 표면에 일체화되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
수지 용융물을 사출하는 공정 이후에 사출물을 경화 및 수축시키는 공정(110)과,
경화 및 수축 후 사출물 표면측 금형 주입구에서 인서트된 무늬목시트의 무늬목 표면에 투명 수지 용융물을 사출하는 공정(108)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재의 제조 방법.
