Claims (9)
- a. Si3O4, AlN, CaCO3, Eu2O3 분말들을 칭량하는 단계;b. 상기의 칭량된 분말들을 용매와 분쇄매개체인 볼과 함께 용기에 담은 후 초음파 볼밀을 하는 분쇄혼합단계;c. 상기의 분쇄혼합된 용액을 용매제거를 위하여 건조하는 단계;d. 건조된 물질에서 상기의 분쇄매개체를 분리하는 단계;e. 상기의 물질을 불활성 분위기에서 열처리하여 형광체 분말을 얻는 단계; 및f. 얻어진 형광체 분말을 미세화하기 위한 2차 초음파 분쇄단계;를 포함하는 청색 형광체 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, b 단계에서의 용매는 알코올계 용매인 것을 특징으로 하는 청색 형광체 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, b 단계에서의 초음파 볼밀을 하는 초음파 분쇄 혼합 단계에서의 초음파는 15~300㎑ 범위이고, 분쇄 혼합 시간은 24시간 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 청색 형광체 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, e 단계에서 상기의 열처리는 1500℃ 이하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청색 형광체 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, e 단계에서 불활성 분위기는 질소 분위기 또는 아르곤(Ar)분위기인 것을 특징으로 하는 청색 형광체 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, f 단계를 모두 거친 형광체 분말은 1 마이크론 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 청색 형광체 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기의 청색 형광체 제조방법으로 인해 제조된 청색 형광체는 Cax-α-Si39Al9N61 : Euy (0.01〈x〈1, 0.01〈y〈2) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 청색 형광체 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기의 청색 형광체 제조방법으로 제조된 청색 형광체.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 자외선 발광 다이오드 칩 위에 상기의 청색 형광체를 도포하여 제작되는 백색 발광 다이오드.
