Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 애노드 전극에 제 2전원(ELVss)이 인가되는 듀얼 모드 유기 발광 소자;제 1단자가 상기 듀얼 모드 유기 발광 소자의 캐소드 전극에 전기적으로 접속되고, 제 2단자에 제 1전원(ELVdd)이 인가되는 P형 구동 트랜지스터; 및데이터 전압에 대응하는 전압을 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 인가하는 캐패시터를 포함하며,상기 듀얼 모드 유기 발광 소자가 정상 모드로 동작할 때에는 상기 제 1 전원의 전압 레벨이 상기 제 2 전원의 전압 레벨보다 낮으며,상기 듀얼 모드 유기 발광 소자가 반사 모드로 동작할 때에는 상기 제 1 전원의 전압 레벨이 상기 제 2 전원의 전압 레벨보다 높은 화소 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,주사 신호에 대응하여 상기 데이터 전압을 상기 캐패시터에 인가하는 제 1 트랜지스터를 추가적으로 포함하는 화소 회로.

- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 듀얼 모드 유기 발광 소자는기판 위에 위치한 캐소드 전극;상기 캐소드 전극 위에 위치한 전자 수송층;상기 전자 수송층 위에 위치한 발광층; 및상기 발광층 위에 위치한 애노드 전극을 포함하는 화소 회로.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 캐소드 전극의 재료는 비금속(base metal)을 포함하는 화소 회로.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 캐소드 전극은상기 기판 위에 위치하는 투명 도전성 산화물 층; 및상기 투명 도전성 산화물 층 위에 위치하는 반투명 비금속(base metal) 층을 포함하는 화소 회로.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 캐소드 전극은상기 기판 위에 위치하며 알루미늄 또는 은을 포함하는 제 1 층; 및상기 제 1 층 위에 위치하는 비금속(base metal) 층을 포함하는 화소 회로.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 전자 수송층은 저분자 물질인 화소 회로.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 애노드 전극의 재료는 귀금속을 포함하는 화소 회로.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 애노드 전극은상기 발광층 위에 위치하며, 스퍼터 손상을 방지하는 버퍼층; 및상기 버퍼층 위에 위치하는 투명 도전성 산화물 층을 포함하는 화소 회로.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 버퍼층의 재료는 구리-프탈로시아닌(copper phthalocyanine)을 포함하는 화소 회로.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 듀얼 모드 유기 발광 소자는상기 발광층 및 상기 애노드 전극 사이에 위치한 정공 수송층을 추가적으로 포함하는 화소 회로.
- 캐소드 전극에 제 1전원(ELVdd)이 인가되는 듀얼 모드 유기 발광 소자;제 1단자가 상기 듀얼 모드 유기 발광 소자의 애노드 전극에 전기적으로 접속되고, 제 2단자에 제 2전원(ELVss)이 인가되는 N형 구동 트랜지스터; 및데이터 전압에 대응하는 전압을 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 인가하는 캐패시터를 포함하며,상기 듀얼 모드 유기 발광 소자가 정상 모드로 동작할 때에는 상기 제 1 전원의 전압 레벨이 상기 제 2 전원의 전압 레벨보다 낮으며,상기 듀얼 모드 유기 발광 소자가 반사 모드로 동작할 때에는 상기 제 1 전원의 전압 레벨이 상기 제 2 전원의 전압 레벨보다 높은 화소 회로.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,주사 신호에 대응하여 상기 데이터 전압을 상기 캐패시터에 인가하는 제 1 트랜지스터를 추가적으로 포함하는 화소 회로.
