Claims (8)
- 관로내압이 거의 일정한 유체통로에 개재하여 설치한 공기압작동식 액추에이터를 구비한 다이어프램식 밸브에 의해 유체통로를 폐쇄하는 방법에 있어서, 먼저 상기 액추에이터로의 공기압 입력을 소정의 설정값까지 증가 또는 감소시켜서 밸브체를 밸브폐쇄방향으로 이동시키고, 액추에이터에의 공기압 입력을 상기 설정값으로 500msec 이하의 시간 유지한 후, 상기 공기압 입력을 더욱 증가 또는 감소시켜서 밸브를 완전폐쇄상태로 하는 것에 의해서, 워터 해머를 발생하는 일없이 1000msec 이내의 단시간내에 유체통로를 폐쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압이 거의 일정한 유체통로의 폐쇄방법.
- 관로내압이 거의 일정한 유체통로에 개재하여 설치한 공기압작동식 액추에이터를 구비한 밸브에 의해 유체통로를 폐쇄하는 방법에 있어서, 먼저 상기 액추에이터로의 공기압 입력을 증가 또는 감소시키고, 밸브체를 밸브폐쇄방향으로 이동시키는 것에 의해서 밸브 스트로크를 소정의 설정값 근방으로 유지하고, 다음에, 상기 밸브 스트로크를 설정값으로 500msec 이하의 시간 유지한 후, 상기 공기압 입력을 더욱 증가 또는 감소시켜서 밸브를 완전폐쇄상태로 하는 것에 의해서, 워터 해머를 발생하는 일없이 1000msec 이내의 단시간내에 유체통로를 폐쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압이 거의 일정한 유체통로의 폐쇄방법.
- 관로내압이 일정하지 않은 유체통로에 개재하여 설치한 공기압작동식 액추에이터를 구비한 밸브에 의해 유체통로를 긴급폐쇄하는 방법에 있어서, 먼저 상기 액추에이터로의 공기압 입력을 증가 또는 감소시키고, 밸브체를 밸브폐쇄방향으로 이동시키는 것에 의해서 밸브 스트로크를 소정의 설정값 근방으로 유지하고, 다음에, 상기 밸브 스트로크를 설정값으로 500msec 이내의 시간 유지한 후, 상기 공기압 입력을 더욱 증가 또는 감소시켜서 밸브를 완전폐쇄상태로 하는 것에 의해서, 워터 해머를 발생하는 일없이 1000msec 이내의 단시간내에 유체통로를 폐쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압이 일정하지 않은 유체통로의 폐쇄방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밸브를 상시폐쇄형 공기압작동식 다이어프램 밸브 또는 밸브의 작동시에 밸브내 용적이 변화되지 않는 정용적·상시폐쇄형 공기압작동식 다이어프램 밸브로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 유체통로의 폐쇄방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밸브의 완전폐쇄시의 압력상승값을 밸브폐쇄전의 압력값의 10%이내로 하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 유체통로의 폐쇄방법.
- 다이어프램식 밸브로 이루어지는 밸브본체(10)와, 밸브본체(10)를 구동하는 공기압작동식 액추에이터(11)와, 액추에이터에 입력하는 공기압(Pa)을 조정하는 자 동 구동력 제어기(12)와, 밸브본체(10)의 밸브 스트로크(ΔG)를 검출하는 밸브 스트로크 검출기(14)와, 밸브개폐 지령신호(S)와 밸브 스트로크 검출신호(Sp)와 밸브 스트로크 설정신호(SG)가 입력됨과 아울러 상기 자동 구동력 제어기(12)에 제어신호(SR)를 출력하고, 액추에이터(11)를 통해 밸브본체(10)의 밸브 스트로크(ΔG)를 설정값으로 500msec 이하의 시간내 유지한 후 밸브본체(10)를 완전폐쇄로 하는 제어회로(13)로 구성되며, 1000msec 이내의 단시간내에서 유체통로를 완전폐쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체통로 폐쇄용 워터 해머리스 밸브장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 밸브본체(10)를 상시폐쇄형 다이어프램식 밸브로 하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 유체통로 폐쇄용 워터 해머리스 밸브장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 밸브본체(10)를 상시개방형 다이어프램식 밸브로 하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 유체통로 폐쇄용 워터 해머리스 밸브장치.
