Claims (11)
- 기판과, 상기 기판상에 형성된 반사전극인 제 1 전극층과, 상기 제 1전극층 상에 형성되고 50~300Å의 두께를 갖는 발광층과, 상기 발광층상에 형성되고 70~150Å의 두께를 갖는 반투과 전극인 제 2 전극층을 포함하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 구동시,제 2 전극층의 수직면(0°)으로부터 좌우로 -70°∼70°의 시야각에 따라 440~620㎚ 범위 내에서 발광 스펙트럼의 최대 피크가 변화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발광층은 440∼490 nm 피크 스펙트럼을 가지는 블루 유기발광층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.

- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 블루 유기 발광층은 DPVBi, 스피로-DPVBi, 스피로-6P, 디스틸벤젠(DSB), 디스티릴아릴렌(DSA) 및 안트라쎈의 저분자 물질; 또는 PFO계 고분자 및 PPV계 고분자로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 1 종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발광층은 550∼620 nm 피크 스펙트럼을 가지는 오렌지-레드 유기 발광층을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.

- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 오렌지-레드 유기 발광층은 호스트가 Alq3, CBP 및 안트라쎈의 저분자 물질과, PFO계 및 PPV계 고분자 물질로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 것이고, 인광 도판트가 PQIr, PQIr(acac), PIQIr(acac) 및 PtOEP로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 인광 발광 물질, 또는(Y,Gd)BO3:Eu, Y2O3:Eu, (ZnCd)S:AgCl, (ZnCd)S:AgAuCl, (ZnCd)S:AgAuAl, ZnGa2S4:Mn, SrY2S4:Mn 및 SrS:Eu로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 형광 발광 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전극층 및 제 2 전극층 중 하나가 캐소드 전극 또는 애노드 전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.

- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 반사 전극은 반사판(reflective plate)과 투명 전극 물질인 ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) 또는 IZO(Indium Zinc Oxide)가 차례로 적층된 구조이거나,알루미늄(Al), 은(Ag), 니켈(Ni), 백금(Pt), 금(Au), 이리듐(Ir), 크롬(Cr) 및 그 산화물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상으로 이루어진 단층 또는 다층구조의 금속 전극이고,상기 반투과성 전극은 Mg, Ag, MgAg 및 CaMg로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
