Claims (3)
- 포장식품이 수용되는 처리탱크의 내실에 스팀과 압축공기를 분출하여 고온 고압의 상태를 유지시키는 것으로 포장식품을 살균처리하되, 스팀이 주입되는 스팀배관, 압축공기가 주입되는 압축공기배관, 응축수를 제거하기 위한 배수관, 냉각건조장치에 의해 생성된 냉각공기가 주입되는 냉각공기배관에 비례제어밸브를 각각 설치하고,승온 및 살균을 위한 승온구간 및 살균구간에는 해당 승온온도 및 살균온도에 따른 포화증기압이 유지되도록 하는 비례제어밸브 개도율이 맵핑된 제1 맵핑테이블과, 냉각건조구간에는 냉각건조에 따른 포장식품 내부압력이 유지되도록 하는 비례제어밸브 개도율이 맵핑된 제2 맵핑테이블을 내장한 메모리를 구비하고, 제어장치가 승온 및 살균구간과 냉각건조구간에 제1 맵핑테이블과 제2 맵핑테이블을 이용하여 비례제어밸브를 제어하도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 스팀살균 및 건조 처리장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1 맵핑테이블 및 제2 맵핑 테이블에 맵핑된 온도범위는 60℃∼130℃임을 특징으로 하는 스팀살균 및 건조 처리장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 제어장치는 냉각건조 구간에서 1차로 냉각공기를 처리탱크의 내실로 투입하여 5분 내지 1분 정도를 지속하여 빠르게 내실온도를 80℃∼90℃까지 냉각시키고, 그 후 2차로 냉각공기를 수초 주기로 단속적으로 공급하되, 5분 내지 10분을 걸쳐 40℃에 이르게 되도록 천천히 냉각시키도록 제어함을 특징으로 하는 스팀살균 및 건조 처리장치.
