Claims (4)
- 적어도 하나의 스위칭소자의 온/오프 동작에 의해 충전기로부터 2차전지로 흐르는 충전전류와 2차전지로부터 부하로 흐르는 방전전류를 제어하는 충방전제어용 반도체장치에 있어서,상기 스위칭소자에 접속되어 상기 스위칭소자의 온상태의 저항치를 사용하여 이상충전전류를 검출하는 이상충전전류 검출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충방전제어용 반도체장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 이상충전전류 검출부는 방전전류 제어 스위칭소자가 온일 때에만 이상충전전류 검출을 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충방전제어용 반도체장치
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 이상충전전류 검출부가 상기 이상충전전류를 검출한 후, 상기 충전기가 상기 2차전지로부터 분리될 때까지 이상충전전류 검출상태를 홀딩하는 홀딩회로를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충방전제어용 반도체장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 이상충전전류 검출부가 상기 이상충전전류를 검출한 후, 상기 충전기가 상기 2차전지로부터 분리될 때까지 과방전검출기능이 정지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충방전제어용 반도체장치.
